These inserts/chucks are made to fit on 3/4" PVC Rods (standard schedule 40 pvc pipe size). Design and color may vary depending on what I have on hand.
These are a REALLY REALLY TIGHT FIT. I sit mine on the table and hold my heat gun about 6 inches away and heat it for about 5 seconds. Then I slide my rod into it. I make them tight so they don't come off when you pull the rod out of your cup. These are made from plastic, to much heat could melt the chuck; so heat a little at a time.
If for some reason yours is a little loose, you can always put a piece of tape around your rod above and below the chuck to keep it in place.
